Join us for a day to go inside and listen while being outside and absorbing the beauty of nature in silence. We will start our day by meeting at the LightHouse in Theresa where we will make our plans, set our intentions and pack our lunches, then we will walk down to the boat launch on the river. Together we will paddle upstream in silence contemplating the beauty surrounding us and our place in it, when we reach the small falls about an hour later we will stop to enjoy the sounds of crystal bowls on the water with Destiny our certified sound therapist. (kayaks, paddles and life jackets provided by the wandering kayak)
